The Alameda County Public Health Department has just completed a new factsheet on domestic violence across the county.

The partner organizations of the Alameda County Violence Prevention Initiative have developed the following factsheets on different types of violent crimes in Alameda. They are short, simple briefs on each issue that provide information on trends, current rates, maps and relevant demographic breakdowns.

• Homicide Factsheet (Urban Strategies Council)
• Child Abuse Factsheet (SSA)
• Liquor Outlets in Oakland Factsheet (Urban Strategies Council)

In all there will be ten fact sheets on most serious crimes, estimated date of completion is mid-2008. We welcome any comments on these reports!
